You haven't joined the group
This is the most common cause. Open the Blue Lock Rivals Roblox group, press Join Community, then leave and rejoin the game so it picks up your membership.
You're below level 10
The Codes menu only accepts codes from level 10 onwards. Play a few matches, then try again.
The code expired
Codes can stop working without warning, sometimes within a day. Check the expired list. If it's there, it won't come back.
You already redeemed it
Each code works once per account. If you used it before, the game rejects it even though it still works for others.
A typo or wrong capitals
Codes are case-sensitive and some include symbols like !. Use the Copy button on this site, and check there's no space at the end.
The server hasn't updated
Right after an update, older servers may not know about new codes yet. Join a fresh server and try again.

Why does it say I must be in the group?
Blue Lock: Rivals only accepts codes from members of the developer's Roblox group. Join it, then rejoin the game.
I joined the group and it still fails. Why?
Leave the game and join a new server. The group check happens when you load in, so the old session doesn't know you joined.
Why did a code work for my friend but not me?
Usually your friend redeemed it before it expired, or you've used it already on your account. It can also be the group or level 10 requirement on your account only.
