What are flows in Blue Lock Rivals?
Flows are temporary power-ups. A flow meter fills as you play, and once it reaches 30% you can activate it (G on PC) for boosts like extra speed, harder shots, extra dribbles or shorter cooldowns.

Best flow for each playstyle
- Strikers: Emperor, Destructive Impulses and Godspeed boost shot power and speed.
- Dribblers: Butterfly Dancer and Bee Freestyle add dribbles and stronger ankle breaks.
- Playmakers: Awakened Genius, Contrarian and Genius give Flow to teammates.
- Defenders: King's Authority and Snake shorten tackle cooldowns.
- Style-specific: Trap pairs with Nagi, Singularity with NEL Nagi, and Master of all Trades with Chameleon users.
